1. How can I contact Slowmo Skateshop?

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. However, we recommend that you register for a Slowmo Skateshop account so that you can start adding products to your cart and easily place an order. 

3. I have forgotten my password. What now?

Click 'Login', then click 'Forgot your password?'. Enter your email and you'll receive instructions on resetting your password

4. Are your products authentic?

All our products are guaranteed 100% authentic with their box/accessories of origin (if there are any).

5. What do you use to ship locally?

We ship locally via Poslaju & J&T Express, depending on your parcel size and weight.  If you prefer a specific courier company, do leave us a note at checkout!

6. How long does it take to ship my parcel?

Once the item has been dispatched:

Local shipping: 1-3 working days.

7. How long does it take to ship my parcel for PRE-ORDER item?

The PRE-ORDER item will be fulfilled within 7-14 working days.

8. Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we accept online bank transfer (local) via Billplz, e-Wallet payments, as well as credit and debit cards via Billplz. We've also partnered with Atome to provide you an easy 0% interest 3-month installment plan.

9. How do I track my order?

You can track order via shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier details. The status of the shipment could also be checked on the order page.

10. Why has my order not been shipped yet? 

This is a very rare scenario that we are late on shipments. However, depending on the peak periods and/or shipping delays it is possible that the processing time of the orders gets delayed.
